Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected health and personal care products including Vitamins, Body Sunscreen, and Cleansing Foam.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired or near-expiry product
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
  • Items with opened seals, broken packaging, or signs of usage will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Used vitamins, sunscreen, or cleansing foam are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
